I have been treated exceptionally well. The nurses were kind and considerate and monitored me frequently. They were very thorough.

I had the honour of being looked after by nurse practitioner Kale who not only listened to me but took amazing care of the she reminded with of how amazing NHS can still be.

Same staff have gone the extra mile in all the approaches to care, they have shown compassion, empathy, kindness and excellent bedside manner especially Amins (HCA) Evelyn (sister).
Suggested improvements
Same staff did not listen to my requests were as others put themselves out to help me bedside manners could be better with some staff members.
